Tonight, in fact just minutes from now, there’s going to be an execution — the tenth in Texas this year. Thursday, there’s a second execution scheduled. In fact, in the next eight days four executions in Texas are scheduled.

Christians should be wondering more about not just the legality of capital punishment but the Biblical morality of it. A faith founded on the historical execution of an innocent man should not be found supporting capital punishment.
